Originally from the Lufkin area and now proud to call Arp home, Katie Brown is a Realtor® with East Texas Homes & Land who is passionate about helping buyers and sellers across East Texas achieve their real estate goals. Katie graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Family Science, specializing in human development and family studies. Her passion for building relationships, combined with her caring and approachable personality, makes helping people navigate the home buying and selling process a natural fit.
When she's not working, Katie enjoys spending time with her dogs, Dixie and Rosie, and her cat, Kevin. She also loves baking, kayaking, and never passes up a chance for ice cream.

Lauren Vaughan

A graduate of Sam Houston State University, Lauren began her career planning weddings and managing a venue, guiding couples through one of life’s biggest milestones. She discovered her true passion wasn’t just the big day—it was helping families begin their next chapter. She earned her Texas real estate license in 2025. Lauren’s background gives her a strong advantage in real estate. Her attention to detail, clear communication, and steady timeline management keep transactions organized and on track.
Married to her high school sweetheart, Lauren enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and caring for their two Aussies and one cat. She and her husband also invest in local properties.

Megan and her husband own Clader Homes in Bullard, where they build custom homes throughout the area. Her involvement in the construction process gives clients helpful perspective on new builds and home design.
When she’s not working with clients, Megan enjoys life on the farm with her husband and their boys—and their collection of lively exotic animals.
